Simply saying, back or spine pain can cause in two ways. These are the uncontrollable type of natural factors and controllable type by doing regular physical exercise. The most horrible factors are those that are out of our control. Some major reasons of back pain may include:
- Family background of back pain
- Suffered a back injury before
- Middle-aged or older
- Bearing congenital spine problems (problems present since birth).
- A pregnant, a woman’s back pain is significantly stressed by carrying a baby.
- Having had a compression fracture of the spine
- Had back surgery before
Most of the people are suffering from back pain as a result of some external or lifestyle influences. Almost 88% of people go through back pain at some stage or another of their life. Out of 80%, only a small portion of people would have backache problem since their birth, been pregnant or suffered compression fractures of the spine. Very few of percentage would have experienced backache problems result from uncontrollable risks. In brief, the majority of the people are at risk of elevating and nourishing back pain because of their lifestyle they practice.

The persons who are doing job that demands long periods of sitting, heavy lifting, twisting or bending

Smoking is also another mentionable reason that develops back pain.
Overweight can increase back pain. Those who have heavy body weight, especially around the waist, put excess strain on the spine which can weaken your muscles, poor flexibility and pain.
Having poor posture can cause back pain. You may have another condition by poor posture such as a problem with a disc or bones in your back. The correct posture generally means your ears, shoulders, and hips are in a straight line. Slumping or slouching can cause a backache and worsen an existing strained or injured back.
If anyone under stress he/she naturally tightens their back muscles. Being under stress can play an important role to cause your back pain, particularly chronic low back pain.
Some sports with high-intensity activities such as snowboarding, sledding, skiing, tobogganing and gymnastics can create your back pain and they have a high risk of increasing your back pain. For developing back pain problem wrestling and other sports such as football and rugby are also responsible. These injuries can raise back pain either through direct injury to the back, or through injury to other parts of the body that cause abnormal stress on the back.
Even though backache is common, it’s important to remember that it isn’t normal. Pain is your that isn’t simple. However, having precaution can lessen the risk of back injury.
